Hi everyone,
I hope you are doing well.
Recently, we attempted to integrate our OCI services using the Dynatrace extension, but without success.
After several failures across numerous attempts, we noticed that the documentation doesn't seem to support our OCI version. Even with the ActiveGate installed and the credentials created, we couldn't reach the OCI ports. It appears that the application does not expose these ports to the internet.
Has anyone experienced this issue before and could suggest an alternative solution?

This is likely a network connectivity issue. OCI services typically run in private subnets and don't expose ports externally.
I would suggest: Deploy your ActiveGate inside the OCI VCN so it can reach GoldenGate ports internally
Check your OCI Security Lists / NSGs to ensure the required ports are open to the ActiveGate IP
Quick question — is your ActiveGate deployed inside or outside the OCI VCN? That'll confirm the path forward.
