Is there an end of support for lower/older Oracle Extension versions?

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a similar vendor's approach such as for example Oracle has regarding "Lifetime Support"?

In other words Oracle Extension version 2.5.1 is under support from Dynatrace until? 

So we all know that it might work perfectly fine but everything could happen and if we hit an issue - shall we receive support from Dynatrace or at least a limit one or no at all?

Hi @mn_24 ,

In general, for extension we only support the latest version. This means that 2.5.1 is technically not supported anymore and there will not be any patches for it in the future -- there will never be a version 2.5.2. All new patches and fixes will be released based on the latest published version (3.3.3 at the time of writing).
