Not able to upload new extension version in Extension app

In the new Extensions app, I'm able to uninstall a version, but not add it:

I have to resort to the old Extensions app:

May I be missing something basic here?

You can do that on the main screen with Upload custom extension:

But could not agree with you more - it's not intuitive and also buggy in my environment. If I upload a new version, I can't see it unless I reload the page. There should be an option to upload a new version on the extension detail screen.

Thanks! Never had thought that would work, but only for uploading a new extension. Definitely should be a new button inside each extension...
