RabbitMQ extension doesn't collect queues metrics

Since some days, the extension does not collect the metrics related to the queues but only the ones related to cluster, nodes and virtual hosts.

Sometimes it works again and then it stops after a while, I tried also to reboot the extension bit it does not work.

Which could be the root cause ?

I think that is an ActiveGate extension. You can check ActiveGate logs to have more details.

Hello @tesp11331 

Check this  /var/lib/dynatrace/remotepluginmodule/log/remoteplugin.log

and look for errors like timeout, HTTP 401, or failed to fetch queues.
