Create Service out of logs and metrics

I have logs ingested and metrics extracted out of those.

Ready to make some meaning full alert, but I would like those to match a Service which doesn't exists as of now.

How can I create a Service which will work as a generic CI connected to these logs and metrics?

Maybe creating a custom device in advance.

Not sure if a better solution can be done.

Yeah, am thinking at Custom Topology but it is not explain if you can define the type of topology item you want to model.
