File invalid on custom log source

Hi,

I have added a custom log source including a text file. The file has extension ".log" and its content is a JSON per line. If I check in Logs tab inside Process group page I can see the file below "Container Output" logs, so the file is detected as a log file. But it is shown with grey text as if it was disabled and with "(File invalid)" suffix. I have tried to change the content to just a readable text line with same result.

What am I missing? Do I need to configure anything else in Dynatrace? Are these kinds of logs not supported?
