Monitor number of ingested bytes per log ingest rule

Hi Dynatrace Community,

Is there a way to monitor how many bytes a configured log ingest rule is ingesting in the tenant?

We had a custom way to do this with extension 1.0, but since we want to move to logs on GRAIL, we would also like to do this.

Hi Paco.

Granular volume control of logs ingested via OneAgent and other log integrations is in the roadmap.

I'd appreciate it if you could describe the use case, so maybe I could recommend alternatives.

Is it needed for log management, troubleshooting, or maybe other cases?
