collecting logs from network shares on Windows

We have an increase in application teams writing their app logs to network file shares instead of the local OS disks.

These file shares require AD level permissions to read the log files.

Since the Dynatrace OneAgent runs as either Local system or Local service how are people collecting logs that need to a user account to access them?

A more detailed example, our IBM MQ is setup in a multi instance configuration.  The active node writes the MQ logs to \\nethshare\MQ\Error.log for example.

What options do we have to collect these logs into Dynatrace.

Hello @stephenM

Dynatrace supports multiple methods of Logs ingestion either directly via the installed Oneagents or through the API.

Hoping it helps.

BR,

Peter.
