matchesPhrase not working as expected

I have a routing rule as matchesPhrase(aws.log_group, "123456")

It picks up the log group with name /aws/lambda/test-123456-cit1-test1

but it does not pick up this one batch-job-123456-cit1-jd

Any pointer why this is happening like this ? Thanks in advance
