404 Error When Creating a Mobile Application on SaaS Tenants

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to create a mobile application across several SaaS tenants, but I consistently receive a 404 error during the creation process.

Can anyone confirm whether you're experiencing the same issue, or if it's working normally on your tenants?

Hi @DanielS 

I can reproduce the 404 when clicking Create mobile app from the classic Applications page.

However, mobile monitoring doesn't appear to be removed. In the new Frontend Monitoring experience, clicking New frontend allows selecting either Web or Mobile, and the mobile application creation wizard opens correctly.

It looks like the legacy Create mobile app action is pointing to an outdated route and returning a 404, while the functionality itself has been moved to the new Frontend experience.

Can anyone from Dynatrace confirm whether this is an expected transition to the new Frontend workflow or a UI defect?

Thanks Sujit, I'm going to report this as a bug. Tenants without DPS cannot use the new app.
