Hi everyone,
There is one issue: we're implementing Dynatrace at a client site.
As we installed agents on some 100 servers, what we found was that some of the servers, after installing the agent, were giving 502 bad request on some of the servers because, as per the customer, the last change done on the server was installing the one agent, so they're speculating the error is because of OneAgent after verifying from my end I have seen 2 things first is the same server is having the other APM tool installed also and the other thing is NTP extension ( timedrift monitoring) is enabled from my end and that is showing some error in logs as you can see in screenshot added so can this issue on the server be because of One Agent or there can be any other reasons?

Hi @Abidyaseen ,
I believe this issue is related to the Windows Time Service (W32Time) which uses NTP. Could you please check the logs on the server, including entries prior to the OneAgent installation date?
If the issue persists, you can test the NTP access directly on the server. If the test fails, it's likely due to a network or firewall restriction or the service is facing an issue which can be restarted to confirm as well.
However, if the issue has already been resolved — as i can see in the screenshot, where the error only appears during a specific time frame—then no further action may be needed.
additionally checking the full logs not only the failed ones can help in understanding what is the issue maybe you will find some warning or info logs before that
Let me know what you find.

Salam Hamdy the issue is coming in lot of servers let me give you some brief after they got this error they have disabled the agents on them as we have SAAS environment i also confirmed that they have the splunk agent on that server so i dont think that can create any issue i tried to pull the onegent logs from the console but its failing so i dont have logs from the agent itself but i have seen in events from the same host that iis app pool process (w3wp.exe) has also crashed so can that be the reason
