Yes, you will lose the monitoring, and Synthetic monitoring will also be affected.

If the mobile agent can't connect to an AG it will keep the already captured data for 10 minutes and discard if no connection to an AG was possible in that time. If the AG is offline at app start the agent will try to re-connect and restart capturing of data on any app start or after every 2 hours if app was not terminated and is in the foreground.
TLDR: while AG is offline no data is reported, when it is back again agents will start capturing again too

I have two more questions.
1. Bandwidth from Activegate cluster to Managed server have maximum size? if have how much size it is?
2. In case Activegate cluster can't connect to Managed server it will be collect cached 10 min also?
