Your Dynatrace account is templated with default pre-built default groups that are already granted various permissions to capture typical platform access scenarios. You can leverage these default groups to quickly grant access to your users or create your own custom groups. In the latter case, you would need to also assign permissions to the groups you create to give group members the access rights they need.
