Hi, does anyone have a study plan for passing the Associate certification? I’ve made six attempts and haven’t passed; I just took the pilot exam and did even worse. The questions bear no resemblance to what I’ve been studying—I followed the university’s study plan, but the material I studied doesn't appear in the questions. Please help.

@edwincifuentes Are you having difficulty with clearing the theoretical questions or the practical part? You would normally get a breakdown of which category you did not do well once you finish the exam so that you can focus on those areas , is there a particular category you are scoring too low?

Apart from study, having some practical work experience on Dynatrace would help.

Just so you are aware there is also a change coming to certifications starting October 15th, 2026 , a new version is being released and there would not be a lab-based practical test anymore instead will include scenario based questions
