As @AntonPineiro mentioned, as far as I know, Dynatrace does not provide information about the exact questions you answered incorrectly or the correct answers.
You normally only get the percentage breakdown per topic/area, and that is probably the best indication of what you should focus on before your next attempt.
You could also open a ticket with Dynatrace Support and ask whether they can provide any additional details about the grading, especially for the practical part. I don’t think they will share the exact questions and answers, but it may still be worth asking in case they can provide some additional guidance.
