Where can I find above connectivity metrics for dashboarding?

I almost assume this is a intenal calculated metric? (-;

network connectivity metrics should be out of the box for the oneagent. In my previous experience, we ran into an issue where another monitoring solution was taking over the network metrics and we have to stop that process before dynatrace could capture the data.

I dont believe there is a way to custom chart connectivity by itself to your dashboard. I'd recommend putting in a RFE for that, You can use the network tile and it will show the following per your Management Zone:
