We have an environment where there are many applications monitored with different maintenance windows. If anybody is having the same situation, please suggest best practice for OneAgent updates for the different applications as the updates come very frequently.

Hello, for such cases best would be manual update:

Hi @sebastian k., thanks for the response. Any suggestion on what could be the ideal time gap between two consecutive updates as a best practice.

I’m not sure if there are any restrictions about this. This is just binary replacement. After next application restart new binary is used to instrument application. The same it was in Appmon. Agent has ability to update from 6.5 right to 7.2 without any problems.

You also have the ability to update hosts via hostgroups. So if You have a set of IBM Notes Servers, you can initiate updates for them while keeping the other hosts as they are without having to start and update one by one on each IBM Notes host.
