Create a new Service Based on Service Detection v2 URL pattern matching

Im trying to create a custom Service using URL path and pattern matching but for some reason this didnt work 

here is the configuration , does this require a restart of teh app ?

also do you know on which entity the matching condition work, is it in spans ?
