I wonder if anyone has already integrated DT managed with CA Service Desk.

We currently don't have a direct intgration wit CA-SDM.
What you can do is a custom integration going to Settings>Integration>Problem notifications>Set up notifications> Custom Integration.
Right there you can integrate problem notification with Third Party Systems. The only thing you need is a webhook. In addition you can add additional headers and customize the Payload.
