Hello,

We have Dynatrace in place to monitor our core banking system. Recently, we performed a core system change and would like to evaluate additional monitoring capabilities.

Is it possible to build a NOC using Dynatrace that centralizes infrastructure metrics such as VMware, AIX, IBM FlashSystem, and other related components?

Additionally, is it possible to integrate Zabbix with Dynatrace in order to unify the visualization or analysis of metrics and events?

Hi,

Short answer would be yes. You have native VmWare integration, Zabbix integration extension (in the Hub) and OneAgent for AIX.

My only doubt is IBM FlashSystem, which information do you need? Only Metrics?

Based on your experience, could Dynatrace function as a Network Operations Center (NOC) tool?
From your perspective, what capabilities might it lack compared to tools like Zabbix ?
