Dashboard exiting the full screenmode

Hi team,

I have one very simple question.

At my client site, we have a large display screen where a Dynatrace New Apps dashboard is continuously shown. The issue is that the dashboard automatically exits full-screen mode after some time, which disturbs the overall alignment and results in only part of the dashboard being visible. We are looking for a solution that can keep the dashboard permanently in full-screen mode and also refresh it automatically. I have put the auto refresh at 1 min. I have already tried a few approaches, but none of them have worked reliably so far the dashboard exits full screen regularly.

To get a better understanding of where the issue is, can you provide information per the following questions:

- Do you know the duration in which the full screen mode exits?
- What Browser are you using?

-Have you tried other browsers - and do these issues span across browsers?

- Are you using the full screen button on the Dynatrace dashboard or are you using the browsers full screen option?

 Do you know the duration in which the full screen mode exits? it usually exits after 10 minutes approx
- What Browser are you using? chrome 

-Have you tried other browsers - and do these issues span across browsers? tried both chrome and edge 

- Are you using the full screen button on the Dynatrace dashboard or are you using the browsers full screen option? full screen button on dynatrace dashboard option

@Abidyaseen Are there any extensions enabled in the browsers that might be interfering , if there are any can you please try disabling the extensions ?

Also, did you try in Incognito window, do you see a similar issue ?
