Dynatrace Oracle Extension

Hi, I am planning to update the extension to 1.0.9 but get error: No compatible release found for com.dynatrace.extension.sql-oracle version 1.0.9. 

How long I have to wait for the compatible release?

The Oracle DB extension 1.0.9 requires minimum Dynatrace version 1.257. Currently this version is available only in SaaS environments, if you are on Managed, you will need to wait until the version 1.258 (likely available for you in a week or two). Just check the version in the user menu (top right) in your Dynatrace.
