Dynatrace SaaS installation network requirements

Hi,

Having requirement to monitoring full stack monitoring for application and servers into Dynatrace SaaS. Please could you suggest what are network prerequisites?

like enabling port 443, 9999 for destination and also,

Outbound firewall rule 

• *.live.dynatrace.com
• *.dynatrace.com

apart from the above any other network or port or firewall changes required.

Hi,

It can depends if you use ActiveGate or not but you can have a look to Dynatrace SaaS connectivity scheme.

really appreciate if you could share for both what is if we have onegent  and also what if we are using Activegate.

Hi,

Both are represented in before diagram. You can traffic OneAgent data to SaaS tenant directly, or using an ActiveGate in the middle.
