The Dynatrace server should set the following 'Cache-Control' response header — is there a way to configure this, and if so, how

The Cache-Control response header configuration depends on which Dynatrace component you're referring to:
If you're running Dynatrace Managed, the web server (embedded Nginx) handles response headers. You can customize headers by modifying the Nginx configuration.
If you're on SaaS, you don't have control over the server-side response headers as the infrastructure is managed by Dynatrace. In this case, you'd need to raise a support ticket with Dynatrace.
If this is about ActiveGate API responses missing Cache-Control, you can configure this at the ActiveGate's embedded web server level or via a reverse proxy in front of it.
