Error on adding MS SQL Server extension

Need help! I'm adding the MS SQL Server extension but I'm getting this error:

Failed to assign monitoring configuration to ActiveGate. Reason: The monitoring configuration requires ActiveGate version 1.257.0 or later that supports data source sqlServer and belongs to group "my-group"

I installed ActivateGate version 1.269.183 so I'm confused as to why I'm getting this error.

Hi @Gerbert 

Did you assign your AG to my-group? 

If you filter your Active Gates by groups  under deployment status do you see your AG?

Thanks for the response. Yes, I can confirm that I was able to assign the AG to the group. I only have one AG and group as of the moment.

And your active gate shows under modules extension 1 & 2 enabled?

Yes, they are enabled. I attached the screenshot.

Just an update. After talking to support, I reinstalled the ActiveGate and it worked.

any effect while you reinstall the activegate? which is already connected to activegate?
