Exclude CSS and Javascript Requests from Purepath

Is there a way to discard (or manage using URL Based Sampling) Javascript and CSS requests from PurePaths?

@Mizső do you see any scenario where we could use URL Base Sampling to keep some of these requests but decrease the rate of PurePaths retained.
