Histogram/Percentile Metrics in OpenPipeline

I have a usecase where I want to extract a histogram metric from user.events in OpenPipeline. I remember I saw this as "coming" in a previous EBC session...

Currently OP only allows the creation of value and counter metrics, however if you need a percentile value your are lost.
In the documentation I remember I found this as "preview" but no hint how to enable it or use it:

Is there maybe someone who knows when this will be possible?

AFAIK the private preview program for histogram metrics has started already. Please contact @paul_kapeller or @tom_rothschaedl  if you want to onboard someone.
