We’ve installed OneAgent on two hosts, but a few executables aren’t appearing in the Processes section, even though they are confirmed to be running. Are there additional steps needed to ensure detection and monitoring, or any documentation explaining why certain executables, like those related to Automation Anywhere’s cloud solution, might not be supported?

I would suggest you reading these:
Maybe, those processes are not "important processes". You can define your own Declarative process grouping rules.
