Database application is a built-in, out-of-the-box application, so you can simply start using it. Just go to the App catalog and click on the Database application icon to launch it. Once it’s running you may want to pin it to the application's dock to have easy access.
The application relies on data collected by DB monitoring extensions, so the first step is to configure access to your existing databases. You can do it in 3 ways:

Use the Discovery and Coverage application to quickly find monitoring gaps in your environment.

Use the Extensions application to manually pick databases you’d like to configure.

Use the application's built-in Expand monitoring capability.
Once the extensions are configured, you can start browsing through monitored databases and dive deeper into the database instance details.
