What is the best approach to reconfigure a already installed OneAgent without re-installation

Hi Reinhard,
I would offer that a re-installation would be the safer, supported (and probably quicker) option to make the above changes.
But otherwise, in a windows environment, the first three parameters can be found in "../Program Files/Dynatrace/oneagent/conf/ruxitagent.conf"
For Linux "/opt/dynatrace/oneagent/conf/ruxitagent.conf" or similar
Digging around, I can't find where the INFRA_ONLY flag is stored. I did however dig up this answer which talks about making those changes within Dynatrace (needs to be enabled globally & then can be set per host).

Currently, the best approach would probably be to use oneagentctl (see https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/oneagentctl).
