How to control the Session Replay Data Privacy

Besides using the "Change Monitoring Settings" to prevent users to change Session Replay Data Privacy.

Is there other possibilities to control the change without disabling "Change Monitoring Settings"?

Right now, found the solution by using Policy Management.
