How to display "TCP connection refused" in the data explorer

Hi.

I am investigating "TCP Connection Refused".
You can check "TCP Connection Refused" information in "Host> Network Interface". However, I noticed that I couldn't display the information of "TCP Connection Refused" using Data Explorer. There seems to be no metric of "TCP Connection Refused". I want to know how to display "TCP Connection Refused" in Data Explorer.
