Background
As announced by Dynatrace, the mobile app will be end-of-support at the end of June 2026. The official documentation has suggested we switched to using the web portal on mobile phone and using webhook to push the problem notification to messaging app like Teams.
We have done the latter and it does able to push the problem alerts to Teams. However, the nature and format of the notifications do not allow us to view the current active alerts as a list. We have to use the web portal to do so.
Pain points
However, when I try to test the web portal on mobile phone, the experience is far from optimal.
The following screenshots are captured from iPhone 16e
We have multiple tenants in our account, when I open the menu and try to switch to the other tenant, the menu on the right is only partially readable. I have to click onto the link and do it trial-and-error in order to find the correct tenant.
When we go into the problems app, the display looks like this and all of the characters are being arranged vertically:
The top portion of the screen is just barely visible:
Even we get to the problem list, I can hardly read the problem description as they do not scale to the screen size:
Are there any settings we can do to optimize the portal display on mobile phones?

@Hillman, this is planned already. At the moment you can unfortunately only switch the layout to desktop.

@wolfgang_beer is there an ETA for fixing the mobile view to be shared? Sunset of the Dynatrace mobile app is approaching quickly.
