How to make Dynatrace to monitor a service which is not detected by Dynatrace by default? ​

Hi all,

I am trying to monitor a service which is based on a technology Dynatrace does not support by default. I am trying to know whether is it possible to write a plugin or something to make Dynatrace detect it as a custom service.

Hi Abilashini,

Sorry I missed your response. Currently, Dynatrace does not support Ballerina out of the box. You can view all supported technologies here: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/technology-...

That being said, there is a custom SDK coming that should allow for support of any language, but would require some custom development. Stay tuned for more info on that, and watch the Dynatrace Blog.
