I need to monitor costs on OCI - How to begin?

I need to setup in someway dynatrace to check costs from oracle cloud tenant. Is it possible to do with dynatrace? 

I really don't know how to begin with that.

I don't know of any existing integrations and am not that familiar with Oracle Cloud. 

But from the docs it seems there is an API four Resource Usage Costs, which could be used to pull those metrics into Dynatrace via the metrics API or an ActiveGate extension.
