IIS app pool process deep monitoring pending restart

Dears ,

 

I have app pool process running with service account , I have installed one agent with admin privileges but still even after multiple restarts the app pool process is not deep monitored and showing pending restart in dynatrace, what is possible solution ?

The command to restart all IIS processes including app pools is 

iisreset
