The most common cause of issues is incorrect authentication credentials. If you choose 'Use credential vault' when configuring the SNMP Autodiscovery extension, which is the default, the same credentials are automatically used when you select 'Poll'. If you did not, you need to manually reenter the credentials. If that doesn't solve the issue, please check the Monitoring configuration status page for the affected extension and review the logs.
