Is it possible to activate Dynatrace security by application?

In my dynatrace environment I have several monitored applications, and I would like to know if I can activate dynatrace security only for some of them. I am not interested in having all of them monitored.
Would this affect the license consumption?
Would it consume less if I only activate it for some of them?
Can it only be activated per technology?

The best way to achieve your goal is to use tags. And from the setting application security activate it for that tag

I have to agree with @Esam_Eid Tags in general will be your lifeline with some functions and constructs. Well defined and robust tagging will help you achieve your overall goals. My recommendation is create a Key Value pair for a tag called Application:<VALUE>
