Short answer - no. Even if you would do the change - it won't help you much since this could be applicable only for the OS monitoring part. For deeply monitored processes, the agent runs inside the monitoring process. Changing the nice value would result in changing the nice value of the monitoring process itself. I don't think that is what you want.
