Hi,
We have a problem opened because one OS Service is down. That is nice and it is working, but this is not present in host view as before:
No management zone is selected, and I have sufficient privileges.
This is not happening only in one host, it is happening in all hosts in tenant. I do not see similar behaviour in another SaaS tenant in same version (1.297.45).
Do you have same "issue"? Have you seen this before?
Best regards

Hi @AntonPineiro ,
as far as I know, as long as the service is configured it will be reflected in the host, otherwise, it will not be detected, but if it was configured and not detected, I didn't face this issue.

Mohamed

Hi,
Thank you! Yes, because it was present before in host view but it is not now.
I do not see a relation between OneAgent version or SaaS version. Just asking here in case someone has detected same issue now/before.
Best regards

Did that actually solve this for you @AntonPineiro ? We have a customer where as of july 19th (3AM) the OS Monitoring stopped reporting all together. I suspect a change in some release.

Hi,
Yes, Dynatrace has increased tenant OS Services limit and it was fixed.
Best regards

The reason for the disappearing OS Services is the reached OS service limit, it is 100.000 by default. That limit can be increased by SRE.
And you can create clean up rules (Settings->Internal-> Entity Explosion Detection Settings-> Junk Rule Settings overwrites) to avoid reaching limit.
