Monaco support for idempotency

I have a simple question...does Monaco support idempotency?

Simple question, but a difficult reply. In the last minutes I have tried to figure cases where it might not be idempotent, but haven't remembered any. Will keep trying 😉

@AntonioSousa  Exactly 100% I am not sure either. It seems to be supported, but I'm not completely sure.

I confirmed yesterday on my environment that idempotent works.

Monaco (even monaco 1.0) is always trying to look up an existing configuration before creating a new one.
I believe idempotency was also mentioned in the video introduction in monaco.
