Dynatrace offers a Microsoft Power Automate extension that provides observability for Microsoft Power Platform environments:

Alternatively, you can send BizEvents or 'Log' data from your Power Automate workflows to Dynatrace for monitoring and analysis using dynatrace rest api (HTTP Post operation in automate).
