Monitoring of ARCSDE and ARCGIS Server windows

Good morning people,

I'm wondering if there is any question about ARCSES and ARCGIS? We have agents installed on the servers that run ARCSIS and ARCSES, where they are collecting the data from IIS, but my client asked me if it would be possible to monitor ARCSES services and ARCSIS, since some of these services sometimes stop.

It would like to monitor the Windows services in case, as attached images.
