Not able to detect Process on AIX host

Hi.. I have installed Dynatrace oneagent on AIX host and the environment was being monitored perfectly until today. I am not able to see Process list(Consuming Processes etc), however the metrics are showing correctly. Can someone help.

I would look in the agent logs, specifically the OS agent log. If nothing there provides any guidance, I would open a support case.
