Only can have one chat with Dynatrace Support under the new UI?

Am I missing anything?

Before this, I can open multiple chats to ask multiple questions at the same time.

Now in the new UI, seems like I can only ask a new chat after the current chat is closed/ended.

Am I missing anything? 🤔
