Open Telemetry Traces not visible on Distributed Tracing App?

I have some trace data that is being pushed from OT source into dynatrace. I can see the traces in the Distributed Traces Classic app, but I cannot find them in the new Distributed Tracing app. All my spans data lists oneagent as a source.

I've been told that trace data sourced from OT is not available to be queried in DQL yet (future feature). Does this also apply to the Distributed Tracing app?

Does anyone else have this problem?

I can see the OTEL traces just fine in the new Distributed Tracing app. Does your tenant have spans on Grail enabled? Ours had it turned on some time ago as part of a preview, but I am not sure if it's GA yet. A quick test would be to run a DQL query for just "fetch spans" to see if anything comes back.
