Oracle service does not show ip and port number

When I look at a oracle service, it does not show ip and port number:

Database vendor
Oracle

Host name
"><host_unavailable>

This means the smartscape does not show the connection between service and process. any idea's?

Typically it will not show the IP address, But it should show you the port number both at the process level and at the process group. If that is not that case for you, id recommend opening a support ticket.
