No, Dynatrace does not natively support preventing concurrent logins or forcing logout of a previous session when the same user ID logs in again — even with Azure AD (Entra ID) integration.

This would need to be a feature request to Dynatrace. The platform currently doesn't enforce single-session-per-user. If this is a security/compliance requirement, your best bet is layering Azure AD Conditional Access policies with short session timeouts as a workaround.
