The last time I took the exam, around February, it took them 5 months to give me the Implementator status. It was just bad luck, because all my colleagues took the exam and got their results in just one hour, and their goodies in less than 15 days. I didn't get any goodies either, not even after sending an email to ask for them. So, one way or another, they really take their time.
