Received an critical event stating that elasticsearch server is down

For the managed Dynatrace nodes received an critical event

Elasticsearch server is down.

Could not establish communication with Elasticsearch server on SERVER at location at the network interface.

I checked the elastic search service it's in running state, what might be the issue with ?

Hi! Please check if you see corresponding "Elasticsearch server is up." event. To see it, please choose "informational" from issue severity select box. You could also check "Deployment status" page - if there are no issue here then everything (including Elasticsearch) should be fine.
